Worth it

Concise, expert overview of Business Analysis with lots of links to external videos, PDFs, etc. As I did, you may want to read all the way through this short book first on your Kindle Paperwhite, if you have one, and then *again* on your free Kindle App for PC or tablet to watch the linked videos, etc. Tremendous kudos for the role-based approach taken by the authors, which, in my opinion, makes this book relevant to just about everyone who picks it up--you never know when it will be your "turn" to wear the BA hat!

Concise and Well Organized

This book remains true to its title and stops at a definition of the BA role. I thought it a well delivered overview with links to articles for those who wish to have more detail. The links appear within the construct of the pertinent chapter and remain in line with the progression of the subject.
This is a (very) well organized and concise forest view.

Makes sense of it all!

This is an excellent read! I recently completed my first Agile project. There was much disagreement between the definitions of PM, BA, and Product Manager. This helped make sense that everyone can wear the BA hat when it is called for.
