Too difficult to see the menu plan on Kindle

I bought this to read on my Kindle. The menu plan and other sections of the book which have been 'dumped' are just too small to read and the font cannot be changed. Bit of a disappointment. Other than that its very informative and I would love to see if it works.

Great concepts for healthy eating

Lola provides the bases for eliminating certain foods from our diet. The information is written in a form that is easy to understand for the average person. She's Australian so some of her terms I have had to look up. Her YouTube site is great and shows her weight loss progress which is motivating. She also demonstrates how to make some of the recipes. This shift in eating will take e some time for those who don't have access to a coop, trader Joe's or whole foods store, since the average grocery store won't carry the breadth of foods required to eat this way. look as this a change in lifestyle rather than a diet. Some of the recipes seem complex, but can be easily simplified.
